Immigration and International Human Rights Solo Law Practice Since 2009
Attorney Patrice Dziire, a 2001 graduate of New York University School of Law, focuses her practice exclusively on U.S. immigration law, with an emphasis on the defense of removal actions in immigration courts, processing of visas at U.S. consulates, and marriage-based immigration. Based in Orlando, Florida, Ms. Dziire's practice is national and international in scope. Ms. Dziire has represented clients in diverse areas including business and investment-based immigration; naturalization; and humanitarian-based benefits such as asylum and U visas.
Prior to founding her own firm, Ms. Dziire represented investment banks, high net worth foreign nationals, and Fortune 100 companies as an associate in the litigation and corporate finance departments at three large international law firms.
Ms. Dziire also has served as a full-time law firm Pro Bono Manager. Ms. Dziire focuses her pro bono practice on the application of international human rights law to areas such as U.S. immigration detention and child migration. Ms. Dziire serves as an officer of the International Bar Association's Pro Bono and Access to Justice Committee and editorial member for the committee's website internationalprobono.com. Ms. Dziire has been appointed to leadership positions in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (National Pro Bono Committee member and Advocacy Chair, Central Florida chapter).
